If you’re having a look at schools in the area and are ready to apply, please follow the steps below:
Follow the 5 steps to apply:
Select the Campus
Choose the King William’s Town or Kidd’s Beach Campus.
Complete the Application
Complete all the relevant fields and attach the additional documentation required.
Submit the Application
Once the application is submitted it will go to the admissions department, who will then ensure that the application is complete.
Interview Process
You will be contacted by the admissions department to set up an interview date and time for the learner.
Acceptance
Once the interview has been conducted and your child has been accepted, you will be issued with an acceptance letter.

Our Fee Structure
Our fees are structured to enable us to provide the education that we strive for while keeping our rates competitive with most private school fees in South Africa. Tuition fees are reviewed annually by the Board of Directors, in accordance with a comprehensive process.
ENROLMENT FEE: R1500 (New learners only)
Non-refundable once-off payment due on acceptance to secure the learner’s placement (deducted from January school fees)
TO QUALIFY FOR OUR EARLY BIRD PROMOTION:
New Learners
* Pay Enrolment Fee of R1500
* Pay the remainder of January 2026 fees by 30 September 2025
Current Learners
* Fully paid up on all 2025 school fees by due dates
* Pay January 2026 school fees by 02 November 2025
* Submit Re-Registration form to the office by 22 July 2025

School fees include:
- Text book rental.
School fees exclude the following:
- Entrance fees, travel costs, accommodation and food for school excursions and sports trips unless otherwise advised by the school
- Additional stationery
- School photos
Other
- School fees must be paid up to date to enable learners to be part of organised camps, excursions and day trips.
